One of my fave places for lunch; it's not super fancy sushi but still really good quality. Good fish-to-everything-else ratio, they use real wasabi, unlike other places, and it's always fresh. I pick this place over any other 'Sushi-Shop' or all-you-can-eat sushi any day.

Soy sauce was too salty and the fish was tasteless. Ratio of fish to rice and other ingredient for maki's is quite disappointing.

Good take out sushi, fresh and tasty. Didn’t have much choice in the to go section when I was there but I am sure I could have ordered if I had time. A little on the pricier side.

Hands down best sushi in Montreal. Food is consistently delicious & fresh. Staff are wonderful & accommodating. Fast service wether you're eating in or taking out. dont sleep on this place!

We came to this spot for dinner. we heard about this place from many people. Well, it was a winning. The staff members were extremely nice and we felt very good. The food was just great. We loved this spot very much and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.

Great spot for a bite with a friend or two. The service was friendly and the fish was of good quality. The selection is quite good as well. The dining area and bar don't have very many seats, so I wouldn't take a large group here.

Small place and fast food like, so compare it as such. They very nice and helpful. Sushi was very good and so was the soup. Certainly prefer this over most other fast food.

I've come here only 2-3 times because it's conveniently close to work but sadly this will be my last time visiting. The ambiance of this place is horrible... really weird music that's no louder then a whisper and the wait staff is hopeless. Sushi is expensive and even the most simple roll I had -a cucumber roll, the cucumber was super dry like it had been sitting out for hours.

So disappointed when I brought my $40 order home. I ordered lack dragon Rolland got something with mango, tuna? and a hard veggie piece that I am sure cost less and NOT unagi.

Good food and friendly staff, also tried the Vancouver Maki and really enjoyed it. Very small so show up early for lunch, I found the atmosphere to be a little lacking though, 5 stars none the less!

Sushis are delicious, and I've reached the point where the staff knows my order by heart, so I can just enter, say hi to everyone, pay and go sit. So service is 10/10 as well

Great place to eat fresh sushi, small but cozy and the staff very gentle.

They gave our food to another couple on accident. The other couple did not realize it and ate it. Not sure how they didn't notice it was very different. So we had to wait to get our food. they did comp the soup and small salad. The sushi was okay. Not the best there. Prices were good.

A small sushi place that seems to attract a lot of high falutin business types during lunch hours. They have a long cooler/holder thing that they stock with a variety of takeout sushi options. I got the salmon option and it had both sushi and rolls. I'm very wary of takeout sushi but it was great. It was busy when I went so I'm guessing the takeout is always pretty recently prepared. Good place, going back.

Reasonable price for the delicious cuisine sector.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. The portions were generous! Brought my own container to go and they accommodated which was awesome.

Not great value for money

California roll 80% cucumber 20% fake crab 0% avocado. Avocado was nowhere to be found in my roll. All their special rolls tasted horrible as well. How do people even rate this place high? Do Montrealers know what good food is? Worst sushi I've had in a while tbh. Doesn't even deserve a star. Also way overpriced for the terrible quality of rolls. Never coming here again. Absolutely disgusted.

Very good quality. Very friendly owner/staff. Didn't go for 7 years, as I had changed job. But when I came back, the sushi chef still recognized me!

Although the food was acceptable, the service was less than mediocre. In food, as in any other business, client must be well treated ... that's what it means client first and good service!We will no return to this place ... just because that little detail!

A small restaurant with an amazing food!

Fresh sushi, fair price. It's rare nowadays to have such fresh produce in sushi places like this. It's a small place, so make sure you get there way earlier in advance before 12pm lunch rush. Service could be a bit slow if it's support busy, otherwise it's pretty quick. Staff is neutral honestly. Nothing amazing, but it's not the type of place for that. No one is rude, they bring you what you ask if you're polite enough.

Standard "fast food" sushi place with Vietnamese chefs. You have the option of take out, eating at the bar or at one of the tables in this tiny space. Nothing exciting and nothing mediocre.

After reading all the good reviews we went to this little place for lunch. While waiting, we were very surprised to see 2 people leaving with a plateful of untouched rolls left on their table and not asking for a box. Unfortunately, there was a reason that we came to see very soon.We ordered 6 different maki rolls. I'm far from being a food snob, I love sushi and eat them wherever I can. I don't even remember another time when I really disliked my rolls. We finished our meal because we were hungry. But only California and unagi maki were more or less ok. Spicy rolls were spicy and nothing else. The others were just bland and lacking flavor. The tempura inside was stale and not chewable, leave alone crispy.Nothing wrong with the place in general except for their chef. :( Won't risk it again.
